WHO AM I?

My name is Robyn, and I take a bulls**t free approach to health and fitness. Why? Because I believe there's more to life than counting calories and spending hours in the gym.

So, my job is to make your body and life transformation the healthiest, most sustainable and enjoyable process for you, while allowing you to focus on being a mother, wife, partner, and lover of life (or whatever keeps you busy).

After 10 years of being a coach, I know exactly how to do this.

Robyn has a gift for getting results while achieving balance.

I've crash-dieted down to an unhealthy 125 lbs, and I've over-indulged to an unhappy 170 lbs.

Now... I live my best life between 145 and 150. No dieting, no declining dinners with friends, no 2-hour-long workouts. I'd rather spend time with my pets, friends, and reading a good book.
